Dear
Mr.Rajanan,
The GMCS has had a real Cascading
effect on the way I have been carrying
myself and presenting my concepts
to my friends and acquaintances.
Im propogating a concept on Health
and Wellness and have an opportuniyty
to interact with lots of Friends.
The areas in which I have immensly
benefitted through the GMCS program
could be summarised as these "Changes"
1)
Smile-normal as well over Phone.I
see that People are more friendly
with me now.
2) Maintaining
axes while discussions,Also the
"Gaze" concept.One of
my friends who is an IIM grad
appreciated my presentation to be
very professional after I had completed
the whole workshop.
3) Dining etiquette-Especially
the "Soup"part.Lots of
my friends are now takin tips from
me on dining
Etiquette.
4) My hand shake
has changed,has become a "More
Firm " signature now.
5) Im parctising
the Yoga and meditation on a regular
basis and that has started showing
effort as
well.
6) Your "5
min a Day" habut has effectively
put me on Cassettes and books regularly.
7) Im maintaining
a Diary for daily events and schedules,helps
me in planning my time effectively.
8) Emotional Intelligence
has helped me in maintaining my
cool with my Superiors as well as
my collegues.
9) The program
has been a real boost to my Positive
attitude.
10) Im reading
atleast 4 books on Self Development
every month these days.
Lots
more to add.
I am pursuing a few projects alongwith
my Job and the techniques have immensly
helped me in planning and prioritising
all the multitasking.
These
