‘POWER EXTREEME’S STRUCTURED WORKSHOPS:

Power Extreeme has structured a holistic pattern of training the final year college students, who are at the thresh-hold of a professional career.

The training covers a wide panorama in areas that would make a young job aspirant proficient in a variety of inter-related soft skills. These skills, besides generating profound confidence in the individual would also ensure proficiency as an overall rounded individual even if this roundedness is not an inherent characteristic or born trait.

The training is in the form of several workshops arranged in a telescopic pattern. Each ‘subsequent’ workshop would be based on what was learnt in the ‘previous’ workshop.

This guarantees a solid rock hard foundation built with the components of unshakeable individual self confidence; new skills inter-related though diverse in content; the ability to effortlessly recall and put to instant practice whatever be the occasion or neccessity.

Each workshop is of one or two day’s duration with a gap of ten days in between each and totally spans a time frame of 60 days!

The workshop generates the following personality skills in the young aspirants:

1.    Self Confidence.

2.    Ability to think.

3.    Understand Corporate Communication.

4.    Comprehend the individual Image factor.

5.    Etiquette norms for interview and business needs.

8.    Strengthen the individual’s basic belief systems in himself/ herself.

Those students who graduate from this course are likely to be exposed to campus interviews based on the needs of the companies who are exposed or likely to be exposed and benefit from Power Extreeme’s training programs. THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

It is advisable that students who are selected to undergo this course have an excellent academic track record and inherently strong in their subjects. It is preferred that they do not have any arrear paper.

Working knowledge of English is a must.

The candidates can be drawn from all the existing branches of engineering including the post graduate. Ideally they may be final year students and in exceptional cases, 5th semester students as well.

NUMBER OF TRAINEES:

Around sixty trainees would be comfortable.

     LCD PROJECTOR & WHITE SCREEN –

     THE TRAINER WOULD BE BRINGING A LAP TOP.CABLE CONNECTION TO THE LCD ARE TO BE PROVIDED.

     NAME PLACARDS STATING THE FIRST NAME OF EACH PARTICIPANT MAY BE PLACED IN FRONT OF THAT PARTICIPANT TO ENABLE THE TRAINER TO ADDRESS EACH BY HIS/HER NAME.

    WRITING PAD AND PEN FOR PARTICIPANTS!

  ADEQUATE DRINKING WATER WITH GLASSES TO BE PROVIDED IN THE TRAINING/CONFERENCE ROOM FOR PARTICIPANTS!

     LITTLE BOWLS CARRYING AN ASSORTMENT OF TOFFEES/MINT MAY BE PROVIDED FOR THE PARTICIPANTS!

THE TRAINER WOULD ARRIVE FOR EVERY SCHEDULE (FROM WHERE EVER HE WAS LAST TRAINING) THE DAY BEFORE THE TRAINING SCHEDULE AND LEAVE THE DAY AFTER THE

SCHEDULE.HE MAY KINDLY BE PICKED AND DROPPED FROM THE NEAREST AIRPORT.

BOARDING AND LODGING AT YOUR GUEST HOUSE OR ANYWHERE ELSE MAY KINDLY BE PROVIDED TO HIM FREE OF CHARGE.

TRAINING APPROVAL FORM:

    THE TRAINING APPROVAL FORM, GIVEN BELOW COULD BE FILLED AND SIGNED BY THE APPROVING AUTHORITY.

    A LIST OF NAMES OF THE TRAINEES COULD ACCOMPANY THE APPROVAL FORM STATING THE DEPARTMENTS THEY REPRESENT.

FUNDING OF THE WORKSHOPS:

The workshops are usually funded in one of the following ways:

1.    The college funds 50% and the students the balance 50%.

2.    The college funds 100%.

3.    The students fund 100%.

PAYMENT:

1.    50% - of the total fee must be made before commencing the workshop.

2.    The balance 50% paid on the evening of the completion of every schedule.

3.    The instrument may be a demand draft payable at Chennai. Local Cheques are acceptable should the I.C.I.C.I bank have a branch in your city/town.

4.    All instruments may be drawn in favor of ‘Power Extreeme’.

5.    Receipts will be issued for all payments.

6.    The final bill will be issued on completion of the schedule.

1.    The students thus trained are prepared to face any selection process with confidence and skill.

2.     There is a shift in thinking from:”I hope that I get a job in some organization” to “Which, of the many organizations that have selected me, should I choose, to work in?” Such would be the level of confidence.
